As you may (or may not be) aware, our information night and play reading for our upcoming play, Almost, Maine, is "almost" upon us. It will be this coming Tuesday 18th of November starting at 7.30pm at the hall (Croydon Uniting Church, Tallent Street, Croydon).
The play is set in the town of Almost, Maine on a cold, clear, moonless night in the middle of winter. However, all is not quite what it seems in the remote, mythical town of Almost. As the northern lights hover in the star-filled sky above, Almost's residents find themselves falling in and out of love in unexpected and often hilarious ways. Knees are bruised. Hearts are broken. But the bruises heal, and the hearts mend—almost—in this delightful midwinter night's dream.
Do you have any plans? Doesn't matter if you're not interested in auditioning; it's a great night regardless - good to catch up and a lot of fun. And who knows.... a part might just jump out at you and you may decide to give it a go after all!
Either way, we hope you can make it and look forward to seeing you there!
